The Azerbaijan Government Scholarship for the next academic year provides 40 candidate seats that are selected annually to study in Azerbaijan’s leading universities in foundation courses, undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral programs, general medicine as well as residency. 

The Government of Azerbaijan Scholarship invites students from the OIC countries and the OIC countries to apply for a scholarship to study Bachelor, Master and PhD in Azerbaijan , as this scholarship is fully funded.

Funding and  Application:

Applicants will receive Azerbaijan Government scholarship 2021:

1. Tuition fees
2.  International flight (once in a year, economy class)
3. Monthly allowance (800 AZN, includes meals, accommodation and cost of utilities)
4. Medical insurance
5. Visa and registration cost

1. Submission of Application The candidates must:  be officially nominated by respective state entities of their country (Ministries, Embassies, etc.) to the Embassies or to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan

What are the most important conditions for applying for Azerbaijan government scholarship 2021?

1. For the Medical Specializations and Bachelor’s program, the applicant must be less than 25 years old.
2. For postgraduate programs in Azerbaijan for masters, the applicant must be under 30 years old.
3. The applicants for the Azerbaijan government scholarships for dura are less than 40 years old.

• Diplomas or Transcripts from prior High School or University studies
• copy of Passport
• Document on general health status (including HIV/AIDS, Hepatitis B and C tests)
•  CV or Resume
•  Motivation Letter
• Proof of English Proficiency (for programmes in foreign languages: for undergraduate programmes IELTS 5, TOEFL 40, for other programmes  IELTS 5.5, TOEFL 50)
• Note: All documents must be translated into English or Russian and notarized.
